Additional PetZone Vendor Information

Here’s some information we do know about participation so you can begin planning:

1. The event has always been about activity on the street, so anything you can do to engage your audience is welcomed!

2. If you are bringing animals (we LOVE THIS) you do not need a permit, but we ask that they are leashed and/or contained in some manner and that you bring items for clean up and food/water if needed.

2. If you are a non-profit, your site is free and you are allowed to take donations at your site. You are as always, responsible to report to the state on your end.

3. If you are going to sell items onsite, you must submit an ST19 form with the application

4. If you want to do a game or raffle, you are free to run this activity as you please. At Woof, we usually have candy or something small for non “winners” when we do a prize wheel, but it is not required.

5. Equipment: The event is fully outdoors, rain or shine. We’ve rarely had rain, but we’ve had some hot ones! Penn Fest does not provide tents, canopies, chairs or tables. You will need to bring your entire booth.

6. You will receive more timing and booth location information as the event nears, however the street closes at 11:30 so you will have plenty of time to set up.

7. There is no power on the street for event booths, so if you need any, bring your own generator.

8. Just plan to have a great time and meet pet owners from across the Twin Cities.
