2:00 PM Meet the Edina K9 Team
Meet Mike and Gryf and hear about this amazing team of man and German Shepherd working together to keep us safe. Edina police dogs, working with their assigned police partner, go through extensive training in agility, obedience, tracking, criminal apprehension and handler protection.
The City’s K-9s are certified in Patrol and Narcotics Detection. Their training meets U.S. Police Canine Association standards.

Dogs in today’s world don’t always get the right kind of mind/body exercise. Enter NOSEWORK: A fun activity that comes with a host of benefits for your dog. Nosework exercises can help your dog relax, gain confidence, and learn how to problem solve. All this mental stimulation can be as tiring for your pup as a walk in the park!
